Service Delivery Policy

XBRL Express is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how and when the service is delivered.

1. What is delivered

• A review PDF of the XBRL file and an observations note, shared inside your portal login and notified by email.
• After your approval and our preparation: the AOC-4 XBRL and allied forms for your digital signature, again in your portal.
• The filing acknowledgement (SRN) after we file with MCA.

2. Timelines

• Draft: within 24 working hours (working hours are 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted) after you have submitted complete and correct documents and information and paid the service fee (no payment is asked before submission); the clock starts on payment, not on submission. The period pauses while we wait for your clarification or missing or corrected documents.
• Revisions: a revised draft after your comments is normally shared within 24 working hours of receiving the comments.
• Filing: after you return signed forms and pay the applicable certification and MCA fees, normally within 1 working day.

3. Exceptions

Timelines are targets and are subject to the correctness, completeness and internal consistency of the balance sheet and other financial data you supply. They do not apply to incomplete or unsigned documents, mistakes or mismatches in the accounts, MCA portal, taxonomy or validation-tool problems, or events beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible where delivery is delayed or not possible for any technical reason; the Refund Policy then applies. We will tell you promptly.

4. Delivery channel

All deliverables are available for download in your account and are announced to your registered email. Please keep the email address current and check spam folders.

5. Problems

If you do not receive a deliverable on time, write to complynest@gmail.com with your filing reference. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
